In-person coaching
Personal training at the gym
- An one-on-one, fully personalized coaching session, with a state-certified coach specialized in the strength lifts, in our One Rep Gym located in Clichy!
- Top-quality equipment, as the gym is fitted with calibrated ROGUE-brand gear. Including equipment you won't find anywhere else in France, such as the Fat Pad and the Safety Squat Bar.
- DAILY support, even outside our sessions. I make myself available every day, several times a day, to answer you by email or through social media.
- In-depth technical corrections to optimize your performances as well as the quality of your exercise execution.
- Recommendation of corrective exercises for your specific issues, explaining the reasoning.

Single session
- A check of the 3 lifts, with technical adjustments based on your strengths / weaknesses, and your body structure.
- Setting up a personalized warm-up based on your mobility deficits.

- In-depth discussions on the different methods, how I see periodization, the alternatives.
